People & Culture Representative (HR)

We are looking for People & Culture Representative (HR) who will be a part of our product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
• Ability to build effective partnerships and be a team player.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Able to take responsibility in multiple projects and willing to execute the vision of the company's management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a big plus.
• Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli.
