About the Role
We are looking for Business Development Managers to achieve our sales and talent development goals within the market. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the market, competition, customers and will work with cross-functional teams, especially closely with marketing and product.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
1+ years in Business Development
Strong listening as well as written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Building and growing strong customer and partner executive relationships to earn their trust and loyalty.
Sales strategy, go-to-market execution and project management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
A good understanding and interest in networking technology, software, or IT.
Lead weekly business reviews and forecast activities to achieve sales goals and hold individuals accountable for outcomes
Build and drive territory strategy and priorities
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Sales
Track and evaluate initiatives using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
No travel restrictions to North America, Europe and Middle East
Grow the usage of our products by individuals and organizations around the world
International experience is a plus
Understanding of brand development including voice and visual branding is a big plus
Fluency in English (Native English is a big plus)
